Steel plate and flat iron

Dana Metal can cut, bend, roll form, weld, drill and mill in black iron within 0,5mm - 30mm. In stainless steel it is normally up to 10 mm.

For operations on steel plates we offer the following:

• 2 CNC press brakes up to 200 ton
• High definition Messer plasma cutting 2000 x 4000 x 30mm
• Roll forming up to 20mm width and crane capability on 3 ton
• Experience in welding TIG - MIG - MAG

      By subcontractors we offer:

• Manuel sandblasting of big items and shot-blasting of minor items
• Powder painting of big items up to 6 meters and weight to 300-500 kg.
• Hot-galvnizing of items up to 6 meters
